This Regency shaped powder compact from Stratton dating c. 1950 is a rare & special find. Depicting the RMS Queen Mary - it is in good pre-loved vintage condition - very difficult to find these rare pieces as they were produced and sold as expensive souvenirs on-board the cruise liners. Set to an ornate gold tone case, all clasps and hinges are in good condition, opening to reveal an inner opening lid, a nice clean mirror and a fitted sifter (no puff). Measuring 3.1/4" inch wide, I know this little beauty will find its way to an appreciative collector.
