Beautiful, one of the most stunning detailed handpainted lacquer brooches I have ever seen. Depicting a beautiful ballerina, the whole thing is absolutely exquisite - Made, I believe, in Russia and is signed by the Artist (it may be dated 2003, but I am not sure of the reference) - set to a white metal casing measuring c. 2." inch long on the oval the colours are exquisite, this is a fine craftmanship example that will not disappoint the most discerning of buyers.
