Description
This is a beautiful brooch - substantial at 3.1/4" inch (8.1cm) long, it is very special, in a gorgeous minty green enamelling with an exquiste red detailing - fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1921 maker (AHD&S) Alfred Horace Derby & Son - It has a very Scottish feel about it in that it reminds me of the long kilt pins - but it would look fabulous on a jacket lapel - in the nicest of condition it has a nice solid weight. It would make a unique, special gift for that special someone and will not disappoint the most discerning of buyers!.Date1920s :
