This is a rare and special find - an original Art Deco Evening in Paris perfume bottle by Bourjois in a small cardoard box - The bottle in cobalt blue has the silver triangle lable with blue writing - slim line, slightly curved bottle which is impressed Bourjois to the base, the box is made of card with an opening swing lid to the front, depicting the Eiffel Tower and appropriate logo, it is also marked 2902 - The bottle itself measures c. 2.1/4" inch tall and is in fabulous order, the screw top thread is turning true, and when removed the wonderful waft of 1930's elegant dance halls can be smelt. There is 3/4 of a bottle, but I dont think it has been used, possibly evaporated over the years. The box is (in my opinion) fantastic for its age, and shows only minor signs commensurate with age which does not detract from such a wonderful collectable piece sure to delight the most discerning of buyers! - don't miss it!.
