This is a rare and special find! - A wonderful circular disc quill pen knife/cutter by master craftsman George Ibberson of Sheffield. Fully engine turned and in superb condition. Measuring c. 1.1/4" inch dia (3.2cm) diameter, perfect for popping in one's pocket.
