Ooh La La! - What a gorgeous piece this is! - Substantial, made in France and dating c. 1930's it is a very special piece. The can-can dancer possibly from Folies Bergere is slightly risque showing her leg, the wonderful piece set beneath a convex cover is made of material and painted - just stunning!. Measuring just under 22 inch long, it is a good size, set in a brass frame and stamped to the rear "Depose" Made in France, a simple barrel catch is present to the rear - a superb period piece sure to delight!
