Kadensek and Ward

Description

Good pair of bentwood chairs c1900 showing a lovely patina. Made from hardwood beech ,these two are strong with no looseness. The seats don't have much wear so the embossed impression is clear.
There is a little wear to the frames but do remain strong.
There is an ilustration of this design albeit in the high chair form in the Thonet Bentwood Ilustrated Catalogue 1904 published by Dover ,New York 1980.
Height 91cm, seat height 47cm, seat diameter 40.5cm.
We welcome visits to our 3000 sq ft warehouse in Norwich (postcode NR18 9PX), but please ask first as this is by appointment only. If travelling by train , we can meet you at Norwich Station or more locally, Wymondham Station.

Delivery to any address in the UK by ourselves or courier and will charge very reasonable rates.
