A fine oil on canvas of a view most likely to be in the West Country area where Harris did much of his work.Henry Harris is probably the most loved artist from the Bristol area, born in 1852 he moved to Bristol in 1862 and by the time he was married to Barbara Ellen Sweet in 1872 he was now a painter by profession.His love of the English and Welsh countryside is most evident in his work.DateMid Victorian :
