Description

Oil on canvas by the Russian artist Sergei Filitov born 1964 entitled "Snow day at the Vieux Bassin of Honfleur".(signed lower right) Filitov learned his craft under the Professer and Painter Mikhail Aksoinov who taught him the techniques of classical painting.
Sergei Filitov prefers to work outside with nature he painted many landscapes and seascapes of winter,he is a member of The Federation of Russian Artists. His paintings hang in collections in Europe,Gt Brittain, Russia and The United States.
