A charming Oil on canvas by the Russian artist Konstantin Razumov entitled "The Little Fisher People". Razamov learned his trade at the Russian State Art School in Aatai Siberia, his birth place in 1947. He graduated to the Russian Academy of Fine Art in St Petersburg.Razumovs paintings are collected in the United States, Europe the United Kingdom and Russia.Date1960s
