Oil on canvas by the Russian artist Vladimir Belsky born 1949.Belsky studied at The Kiev Institute of Fine Arts under Victor Chateline. He learned from his farther, the artist Mikhail Belsky the technique of Impressionist Marine painting.
His works are in private collections in Ukraine, Russia, Europe, United kingdom and the States.
