A superb Watercolour by the artist Arthur Netherwood 1864 - 1930. This Watercolour is of the upper reaches of the River Severn possible beyond Shrewsbury. Netherwood lived in the Midlands and Wales doing most of his work in this area.He exhibited over many years including 115 times at the Royal Cambrian Academy also the Royal Academy, the Royal Soiety of Painters in Oils and the Walker Art Gallery Liverpool.Date1900 - 1910
