A beautiful jewel box dating from the middle of the 20th Century and originating in Italy. The rectangular body has a fruit wood body, polished to a high gloss finish and the hinged domed lid is inlaid with a gorgeous floral and foliar pattern. There is stringing to the sides and edge, completing the attractive finish.
Inside, the box is velvet lined and padded making this a lovely and ready to go gift idea.
