Description

Lovely large and heavy Japanese porcelain bowl. Probably from Arita kilns in the late C20th as a centenary copy of their Meiji period (1868-1912) pieces. No makers' marks, three point stilt mark on the middle of the base from kiln firing. No damage. An excellent decorator piece, table centre piece. 35cm diameter rim, 25cm diameter bowl, 11cm high.
