Description

A fine oak inkstand, with silver detail and silver topped cut glass inkwells.
All fully hallmarked for W I Broadway and Co, Birmingham, 1997.
The pair of hallmarked cut glass and silver inkwells are in good condition and measure approx 6.5 cm (2.5 ins) square by 7.5 cm (3 ins) high, they sit in recesses on the oak base which measures approx 23 cm (9 ins)wide by 15 cm (6 ins)deep.
The oak stand also has a recess for a pen.
The oak stand sits on 4 fully hallmarked decorative silver feet and has a central hallmarked silver plaque which is free from personalised engraving.
All in very good condition with just minor surface marks and some tarnishing, this would make an excellent gift / desk accessory.
