Description
A 1st World War cased compass by Dennison.The compass is in the style of a pocket watch, it is marked to the front with the maker Dennison, Birmingham, it is dated 1917 and is marked with the crows foot.
It measures approx 4.5 cm (1.75 inches) in diameter.
The suspension loop, push button and closer are all present.
It closes very tightly, and does need the help of a nail to pop it open.
Good condition, as can be seen from the photos there is wear as would be expected to the exterior and some tarnish on the inside of the cover, but free from dents.
