Description
A 17th Century antique wood carving, Circa 1600.Possibly depicting Judas, albeit potrayed as a Monk, betraying Christ. He is seen here clutching a bag filled with 30 pieces of silver, with Christ to the centre and the remains of a guard to his right.
Condition - surface wear, losses and dry surface. Historic worm evident albeit treated as a precautionary measure.
