A very well priced and good quality example of the sought after repeating carriage clock. Top quality clock in excellent fully restored order. Original silvered lever platform escapement. Complete with a (possibly original) travel case (albeit in very poor condition). Blued steel hands. Good quality ‘Corniche’ style case with a soft gilded finish. Undamaged bevelled glasses and porcelain dial behind a gilded mask. French c1900.
Strikes the hours and marks the half-hour.
