An original sign from Stratford on Avons oldest pub, The Old Thatch Tavern.Painted on both sides of a plywood panel with a hardwood frame. Estimated as mid 20th century. Evidence of previous use from its working life however, this only adds to its charm and decorative appeal.
A great chance to own a little slice of Stratford history. The Old Thatch Tavern is located on the market square at Rother Street. The building dating back to 1470 and has been used as a tavern since 1623. A charming grade II listed building of low beam ceilings, flagstone floors and log fires.
