Description

19th Century pitch pine chest of drawers with raised backboard and standing on bun feet.

Three drawers with the top one constructed to look like two. Wooden knob handles.

Later painted with a distressed finish of duck egg blue reminiscent of Swedish, Gustavian furniture.

All drawers run smoothly and offer plenty of storage. Evidence of previous use and wear, shrinkage gaps to top and sides.
