A superb early 20th century Chinese camphor wood chest of drawers.Profusely and deeply carved to the top, front and both sides with traditional scenes.
This piece being constructed as a 2 over 3 arrangement of drawers is quite unusual compared with the traditional lifting lid trunk. An ideal piece of furniture for extra storage around the home or even has the potential to be used as a tv stand.
Presented in very good condition. Some evidence of historical use as to be expected. Cleaned and waxed ready for immediate use.
