A delightful set of four silver playing card suit dishes by A & J Zimmerman Ltd, Birmingham, 1898.

Each dish is well formed with a simple scalloped edge. There is some wear commensurate with age, namely rubbing to the hallmarks in areas and some small dinks but overall the set remains attractive.
