Description

This is a George III Regency Period Silver Snuff Box with engraved decoration to all areas and gilded interior. The top section has a vacant cartouche and is decorated with acorns.

Made by Silversmith JF (unidentified) and Hallmarked in the London Assay Office in 1818 which includes the Georgian duty mark.

The snuff box weighs 32g and measures 50mm x 31mm x16mm.

The snuff box is in good condition with no damage including the rear hinge.
