Description
A contemporary sterling silver and gold 'swan' necklace and earrings by renowned silversmith Brett Payne . The necklace is designed as a row of swans each with a sterling silver body and 9ct gold head secured by a lobster claw clasp modelled as a fish. Full hallmarks to each piece. An absolutely gorgeous necklace. Designed in the 1990s.Brett Payne is a leading contemporary British Goldsmith and Silversmith with over thirty years experience. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Goldsmiths and Silversmiths and a past chairman of the Goldsmiths Craft and Design Council. Payne's approach to design and creating combines the ancient technique of hot forging with original and contemporary ideas of form.
Brett Payne's creations have received considerable acclaim and include an early commission in 1997 by the Prime Minister to design pieces for the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting and again by the Sheffield Assay office in association with the Victoria and Albert museum to create a major Millenium Commission.
Dimensions = The length of the necklace is 49.5cm x 2cm. The Earrings are 3cm x 2cm.

1)Small items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured, next day delivery. Larger items can be sent by arrangement. Due to Covid-19 there may be some delay with deliveries.

We do not accept cheques. We have a strict policy of not accepting over-payments and we will not pay any 3rd parties (such as shippers) any such additional payments.
2) As per the Selling Regulations or Consumer Distance Regulations, all returns are accepted within 14 days of the buyer receiving the item. A full refund, minus any shipping costs, will be given after the item has been returned in the same condition as purchased.
