Description
A charming small Victorian Silver Standish the Repousse Base with serpentine form all round in which sits a lovely Diamond and facet Cut Inkwell with hinged Silver Repousse Lid.There is a very small repair where collar fits to Hinge but it has been done well and does not really notice (see photo).Full Hallmarks on Inkwell Mounts and the Stand for London 1886 by Horace Woodward & Co. Dimensions are:-12cms x 8.3cms (Stand)I am listed as a Private Dealer but some of my Stock can be viewed at The Antique Shop, 53, High Street Heathfield E.Sussex.If you wish, I am am able meet you there to discuss any items and also bring along any items which are not on Antiques Atlas but not displayed in the Shop.
