Description
Really lovely Gilt Filigree and enamel Aide Memoire with original Guilloche Enamel propelling Pencil.It has an enamelled Armorial Crest on the front which is fine gilt filigree work.The Back is also Gilt Filigree.The hinged front opens to reveal the paper note Pad. The turquoise guilloche enamel Pencil is kept in an attached gilt tube.Excellent condition. Probably Portuguese. Dimensions:-7cms x4.2cms (closed excluding Pencil) 4.8cms max.I am listed as a Private Dealer but some of my Stock can be viewed at The Antiques Emporium,Lewes,E.Sussex and also The Arcade, The Corn Exchange,The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells..If you wish, I am am able meet you there to discuss any items and also bring along any items which are on Antiques Atlas but not displayed in either Shop.
