Description
A lovely Ormolu Patch Box with inset Romantic Painting on Lid. The painting is frame with fine Twists and a circle Blue Enamelled or Painted 'Jewels'.The case is embossed with Flowers and Scrolls.The Hinged Lid opens to reveal a small bevelled Glass Mirror and is impressed 'Made in France' on the rim.c.1890? Diam:-3.5 cms x 2cms high.I am listed as a Private Dealer but some of my Stock can be viewed at The Antiques Emporium,Lewes,E.Sussex and also The Arcade, The Corn Exchange,The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells..If you wish, I am am able meet you there to discuss any items and also bring along any items which are on Antiques Atlas but not displayed in either Shop.
