A fabulous pair of art deco bookends from the Chase Brass and Copper Company of the US. In the form of a captain's wheel they are made from brass and bakelite.Chase items were at their most popular in the 1930s and in particular their vast Chrome art deco range. In the US the 1930s are often referred to as the Chase era.
