Description

A 19th century pine coffer with candle box. A very versatile piece of furniture which could be used as a blanket box, toy box, coffee table with storage etc. This is a particularly good example being solidly built and a good size, having marks consistent with age and usage which really give it a fantastic character. The side handles are not original however I believe the hinges are. (S388)
