Description

This is a late Victorian mahogany dressing chest made in the Arts & Crafts period (circa 1890) from excellent quality timbers, and probably produced by a cabinet maker because of the quality of the workmanship. It has satinwood stringing and stands on tapered legs ending with square cup castors. It has an oval bevelled mirror over 3 jewellery drawers, the main chest having 2 over 2 drawers. A very practical, well made, elegant piece of furniture which would grace any room.
