Description

A superb mahogany and satinwood open bookcase with satinwood stringing and heavily decorated with ormolu mounts. This is a piece of the utmost quality with the sides also being decorated and with ormolu decoration on the feet. A further sign of fine quality is that the interior and the shelves are veneered with a rare plum pudding mahogany with the shelves also having mahogany banding. A rare piece of furniture which is both functional and beautiful.
