Description

Late 19C Mahogany Painted Decorated Nest of 4 Tables. Each table top having a boxwood and ebony outline stringing around a satinwood banding with a raised ebony bead edge. Within this is a ribbon and floral interlaced painted decoration with a further line inlay around a plain centre. Each top on side shaped aprons with painted central medallions flanked by trailing floral stems. All on ring turned supports with square ends top and bottom again with floral paintings. The bowed cross stretchers joining the back supports. All on sleigh shaped feet these again with floral paintings framed with line inlay.
