Fine Quality Victorian Mahogany Open Top Cupboard Base Bookcase. The inverted breakfront cavetto cornice over frieze with double moulded edge. The three adjustable shelves each having thumb moulded fronts with gilded leather dust covers. These flanked by square pillars with cantered edges, central button appliques and blind fret carved corbels to tops and scrolled corbels to bases. The base having inverted breakfront top with cross veneered moulded edge over mahogany line frieze drawer with panelled front. The panelled door below having central carved shield with bracket moulded surround interspersed with applied button appliques. The interior having single adjustable shelf. All flanked by conforming pillars as top.
On inverted breakfront plinth base.
