A wonderful, Victorian Vinaigrette, hallmarked:- Birmingham 1872
with the maker`s mark - GU, for George Unite, Caroline St., B`ham.

Just Look

Shaped, rectangular, the cover a circular cartouche with the initials - P J M, surrounded by leaves and flowers.
The underside has the same pattern, but centred with two roses,
and the grill is engraved to match.

Opens and closes perfectly - crisp with no slack.
In very very near original condition.

Measures:- 35 x 24 x 9.0 millimetres / 1.38 x 0.94 x 0.35 inches.
Weight:- 18.1 grams / 0.58 ounces.
