A superb Antique Silver Combination Case -
Sovereigns, Vestas, Photograph and Stamps

Hallmarked with a lower case "a", for Birmingham 1900
The maker`s mark is H.W.Ld., for Henry Williamson Ltd.
of Spencer Street, Birmingham

Decorated all over with ivy leaves, but for the diamond shaped
cartouche on the sovereign compartment cover, initialled - C E W

All original and working correctly. The only fault is that the sovereign cover spring is a little weak - it only springs open a little way. I could easily get this fixed if the buyer wished.

Measures, excluding the suspension ring:-
Length:- 62 millimetres / 2.44 inches.
Width:- 30 mms. / 1.18 ins.
Depth:- 15 mms. / 0.59 ins.
Weight:- 39.8 grams / 1.25 ounces.
