Description

A Silver Spectacles Case, complete with Chatelaine Hanger.
Hallmarked for Birmingham 1926 and made by Willmotts Ltd. of
Northampton Street Birmingham.
This case is very slim, and will only be wide enough to take old
fashioned wire glasses.
Engine turned on the front, overlaid with a Morning Glory flower.
The shield shaped cartouche on the front is initialled - PW.
The case is in excellent condition, but the hallmarks, on the back, must have been very shallow, as they have been nearly polished out.

Case length:- 163 millimetres / 6.39 inches.
Internal width:- 34 millimetres / 1.33 inches.
Total weight:- 65 grams / 2.09 ounces.
