A 19th Century, Brass and Cast Iron Flower or Book Press

This is an attractive press, it was may have been used as a flower press, due to its dainty size.
The Press is made in cast iron with a screw thread in the centre , all the brass work is very decorative it has large elongated Brass Ball ends to the handle, there is a Lion trade mark beneath
The press is in good used condition and is pretty indestructible, it is 17” x 10” and 18” tall
