A Superb Large Early 19th Century Carved Gilt Mirror

This is the most impressive large carved gilt mirror, the glass is set in a deep moulded frame which is crowned with exquisite carvings of cherubs holding a basket of flowers, the flower theme is repeated at the upper corners and the centre bottom of the frame

The mirror has a superb patina, the gold is dark and very reflective, it is in generally good condition with only very minor blemishes

This piece is all original it is in good condition with no restoration there are some minor scratches to the gold frame, the glass has very minor foxing
The Mirror is 51” high and 32” wide and 5” deep
