AN INTERESTING 19th CENTURY WATERCOLOUR WITH PENCIL DESCRIPTION UNDERNEATH ANIMAL, PAPER IS DATED WITH A WATERMARK OF 1846. PAPER MEASURES APPROX 16.5 x 13.5 INCHES. COUPLE OF MINOR MARKS TO PAPER, SLIGHT WRINKLES TO EDGE OF PAPER. OVERALL IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. A WELL EXECUTED PICTURE FROM A LARGER COLLECTION OF PAINTINGS COVERING ANIMALS FROM ASIA, MIDDLE EAST ETC.THESE WERE POSSIBLY DONE AS PART OF A SURVEY, BOOK ILLUSTRATION OR TRAVEL DIARY.Shipping information
