An ornate 18ct gold and diamond set band, this beautiful ring is cast with flower heads and leaves, set with 7 small old brilliant cut diamonds. Not marked but tested by us as 18ct, in very good condition, showing no signs of wear. UK ring size "U", the approx weight is 6.4 grams.
