Fine Victorian mahogany pedestal desk by the famous cabinet makers 'Maple & Co. London'. The nine drawers all of a good, hand-cut, dovetailed construction with mahogany linings, working 4 lever locks, ebony beading and turned knob handles. With drawer fronts with beautiful grained golden mahogany. With the original green leather writing surface and standing on well shaped bracket feet.
