Doe and Hope

Description

The terracotta garden urn of good size, the design of French influence, with a broad rope twist rim to fruiting swag decoration to the body, surviving from the second quarter of the twentieth century in decorative condition.

Proving to be in very decorative condition the whole is well-aged with the terracotta now encrusted with lichen deposits, commensurate with age and weathering. There are no cracks or damages to report and she is very stable.

A good sized urn with plenty of decorative clout and with many years of use left in it.
