An antique, William IV, Scottish Silver Teapot made by Marshall & Sons, Edinburgh, c1836.
It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "M&S" for Marshall & Sons, the Scottish "thistle" silver mark, the Monarch's Head duty mark, the "castle" Edinburgh town mark and date letter "e" for 1836/37.
