A good Set of Four, Antique, William IV, Scottish Sterling Silver Table or Dinner Forks, made by Peter Aitken I , Glasgow and dating from c1834/35. They have an armorial crest engraved on the terminal.They are hallmarked with the maker's mark "PA" for Peter Aitken I , the Lion Rampant Scottish sterling silver mark, the Monarch's Head duty mark, the Glasgow town mark and date letter "P" for 1834/35.
They measure 8 1/2" inches (215mm) in length.
The weight is 354.6g/12.50oz/11.40ozt
