A Scottish Provincial Silver Dessrt Spoon made by John Heron of Greenock and dating from c1810.It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "JH" for John Heron, alongside side the anchor and "Green Oak Tree" mark for Greenock and the letter "C".
It has engraved initials and the number "5" engraved on the handle(see photos)
