A George III, English Silver Meat Skewer made in London and dating from c1795.It is hallmarked with the maker's mark "GS/WF" for George Smith (III) & William Fearn, the Lion Passant Sterling Silver mark, the Monarch's Head duty mark, the Leopard's Head London town mark and date letter "u" for 1795/96.
