A set of Four George III, Scottish Sterling Silver Table Forks made in Edinburgh by Francis Howden and dating from c1812.They are hallmarked with the maker's mark "FH" for Francis Howden, the Edinburgh "castle" town mark, the Scottish "thistle" sterling silver mark, the date letter "g" for 1812/13 and the Monarch's Head duty mark.
