Description
A very good quality, Large, heavy, George III, English Sterling Silver Sauce Boat.It is hallmarked on the underside with the maker's mark "RM/BS" for Richard Morson & Benjamin Stephenson, the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Crowned Leopard's Head London town mark and date letter for 1774/75.
The sauce boat supported on three feet with a gadrooned edge. There is a crest to the front.
