A very good quality Victorian English Silver Gravy, Basting or Stuffing Spoon dating from c1898.
It has very crisp, full English Sterling Silver hallmarks consisiting of the maker's mark "GJ/DF" for Josiah Williams & Co (George Maudsley Jackson & David Landsborough Fullerton), the Lion Passant sterling silver mark, the Leopard's Head London town mark and date letter "C" for 1898/99.
There is a nice armorial crest (see photo).
