Description

A very good, rare, 14CT solid gold Waltham Hunter Cased Fob Pocket Watch. The watch is in excellent condition and good working order.
The 14CT Gold watch case is in very good condition. It is stamped "Warranted 14K US Assay" on both front and rear covers and also the inner cuvette (dust cover). The watch case has decorative engraving to both front and rear, the front has a central cartouche that is free of initials, the rear also with a central cartouche with a village scene engraved.
The watch has a good quality Waltham movement signed "AWWCo, Waltham MASS" and the model name "Ruby", the serial number 12,062980 dating it to c1903. The movement is in good working order.
The white enamel dial is in excellent condition, it is signed "Waltham". It has the hours in Roman numerals and a sub seconds dial at six o'clock.
